Nyoman is very responsive and their website is easy to use. Products are quality and priced fairly. Delivery is quick, you don’t wait forever for the goods to show up. The only thing I would like to see change, is refill options for the eye serum, face balm and lip mask and/lip oil. I use all of these and I didn’t not see an option for refills which would cut down on recycling and also put money back in their bottom line while we all are a little more environmentally friendly.

It came pretty fast .. if I had to complain about anything I would say it doesn't feel like there is much in the bottle.

Overall all products have a great formula especially for beginners with skin care the only con I would say is how much product comes out of the pumps of the moisturizers specifically as I feel like you have to push it multiple times for a tiny bit to come out, but the packaging is adorable and great affordable prices as well!
