Conceptually great but will it last? Plastic components make me think otherwise. )-: I also find it very difficult to get it into a suitable position. The commercial makes it look super easy but in fact it’s quite a bit of fiddling about. And returning it to a flat pack again is equally as fiddly. It’s not something I have found that I go to use because I am deterred by how long it takes to set up.

I finally found a way to contact you a few days ago and I haven't heard a response back yet, due to my arthritis in hand it's difficult using the adjustable knobs on desk legs, I want a refund or a credit to buy something else from you guys that would make me rate you 5 stars for sure. how can I return this desk? no one answers your phone. and you cant make out what the recording says.

I’ve already left a review. I’m not happy with my second order. You show two to three different kinds of shoe organizers. The first order I liked. The second order you send me different organizers with hinges. They feel cheap and flimsy. I expected to get the same as first order. How is anyone supposed to know which ones you will send? You large picture shows organizes without hinges. It’s almost like a bait and switch except you do show the hinged version at the bottom, which most people would not see or pay attention to. Even in this email with photo below it clearly shows the organizers with NO hinge.

I found it isnt as durable as they lead me to believe and i feel it was way over priced for what you get. Especially since i have found many cozy desks advertised exactly the same for less than 1/2 the price i paid. Very disappointed.
