Nice product but delivery took way too long

The good stuff: super lightweight and secure with the zippers hidden and well placed on the inside. The not so good stuff: the shoulder harness (straps) and top handle are off center. No compartment for a water bottle.

i love this bag. i waited 4 weeks for it to be delivered and was happy until the straps broke after my 2nd use while i was traveling. the plastic used to secure the straps is a cheap product. if they reinforced it and use the material in most high-end backpacks, the bag would be perfect.

I bought 2 bags, both have one zip Lin defeated, USB outlet is difficult to plug in

Bag is ok, but took forever to deliver 4-6 weeks.
