Wish the zipper wasn't placed underneath the shoulder straps

This backpack would be great but you have to undue the strap cinches every time It’s opened. It’s awkward to have to redo the strap cinches every time you need to get into the pack, at least if it’s opened all the way. I’m still trying to see if I can do it another way, but so far, no luck. I haven’t used it yet for this reason.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but this backpack opens different from a standard one - the side that drops down is the side that is against your back. In other words, someone couldn't unzip and open the backpack while you are wearing it. When the backpack is off, you have to flip the straps out of the way to be able to open and access it. Not a huge deal, but a little awkward. I also wish more of the inside pockets closed. Some are wide, and items don't stay put in them. Overall not a bad backpack, but I don't know that I would have chosen this one if I had seen it in person first.

the product I purchased works great and is as described. My problem is shipping and delivery. takes WAY to LONG to get to destination. in this day of USPS, FEDEX, UPS there is no need for an item to take 2 weeks to get to your home once it has been shipped. i could have riden a horse to the warehouse picked up item and then rode home in less than 2 weeks. NO MORE purchases by me unless shipping is revised 1000%. Sorry, call'm like I see them.

After using the “desk” it does serve a useful purpose but it is flimsy and hard to adjust to the correct position.
