"No Return Policy".Very Flimsy feel, backpack "feels" small, zippers feel flimsy. Packing cubes are not as nice as expected they have a flimsy feel also with zippers that are not Smooth and words on bags in packing cube set are written upside down. And because I could not refund these I cancelled order for carry on bag. I would Not have ordered anything from this company if I had known that they have a "no refund policy".

Product was of very poor quality. After receiving item & stating inferrier quality & size they claim they do issue refunds. Total Scam!! Lost $50.00 hard earned dollars to these thieves!!

Works great for using computer while sitting in bed or on the couch. No more straining to hold computer while typing or watching videos. Very pleased with this.
