Great comfortable back pack with some nice features - only complain is I find the zipper a bit finacky!

Turned up on time, and pretty much as advertised. I use it all the time, and find it very practical. Only negative is the fabric (I purchased the grey) stains very easily. The other design fault is that the side pockets are not big enough to fit a full sized smart phone. This is the logical place to carry your phone, rather than hunting in the bag every time you receive a call

Very happy with the bag… my only issue is that it took a long time to arrive….

Ordered the bag and did not see, nor do I believe it was printed, that delivery was 3 weeks, coming from Asia. Although the bag is fine, well made and functional, it came well after the timeframe it was intended for (birthday). Disappointing.

while the items did not arrive as quickly as I'd hoped, when they did arrive they were in good condition and seem to be of good quality. I've not yet tested the USB ports. I hope they work. Thanks.
