Very pleased with the item, exactly as demonstrated and delivery was very fast.

I am very disappointed that the shipment came with out any form of a invoice for the ability to return if product was not satisfactory. I need to mention that it should be in English all wording was in Chinese (not usable) If someone is really reading these reviews then send me a return slip to an American company the product is not usable to me. I do hope I will hear from someone soon.

The organizer saves space, love the idea, work better on shelves not closet floor, material could be a little more sturdier, but overall durable.
