I am not disappointed. I have actually bought two of these.

I love the chair slider cups. They stay on and work perfectly. They resolved all my problems with felt pads falling off all the time. Love them and being clear you don't see them.

I can’t give even One star because I am very frustrated and completely disappointed with the back pack I just bought few days ago. My husband got it to travel to Europe and one week later, when we were in the beginning of our tour, it is already falling apart. I have pictures of it and I want my money back.
