Disappointed I cannot return bag according to “your policy”.

I purchased two. One initially worked fine. Then began to leak at water reservoir. Second unit was received damaged and unusable. Tried contacting the company that shipped the units without any success.

Love this bag. Perfect fit for a very short lady. The only suggestion is to add a side pocket for a water bottle. Everything else about the bag is great.
