excellent service great rates

We have been a customer of Business Telecom since early 2017 when they assisted us in switching our small business telephone & internet systems over to the NBN. Once the new systems were fully installed they have been very quick in response to assist us with any problems we experience with either the internet or phone lines. The customer service team that I deal with directly at BT are very polite and make sure they achieve a resolution in a timely manner.
