After a ghastly 6 month long experience with Telstra and domestic NBN installation which ended up involving the Telecommunications Ombudsman I viewed the changeover to NBN in our surgeon's rooms with dread. I cannot describe the difference in experience with Business Telecom. The whole process was explained and planned out beforehand by emails from a consistent person who gave her name and was immediately available to answer any queries. She was courteous and sensible as were the various other members of staff involved. I did not have to deal with a different disinterested person each time we had contact. The technicians turned up on site when they said they would and did their job effectively the first time. There was very little downtime and we were warned about it. There has been good follow-up. I cannot describe what a different experience this was compared to our Telstra ordeal!
