Great thank you to the lovely staff at the call centre, always trying their best to help in the fastest way possible. However we experience often a poor line connection with issues not being able to hear the other party and vice versa over the phone and the internet cutting out due to not enough capacity for our usage requirements.

I am happy with business tel. Service is as stated ,I am disappointed With is the add fees like payment over ph.

Overall the services is good.

Everyone at Business Telecom works very hard to ensure installations run smoothly. Unfortunately once the system is installed changes to the programming are very hard to arrange and access to the program is not easy to get.

Good but to improve after sale service
