On site visit
Had a onsite visit while I was away on holidays, have asked staff everything appeared ok, but after the tech reset our phone system we discovered we had no message playing from ads on hold.
Also most recently I asked for a quote for a separate phone, didnt find the experience to be looking after us as a long term customer and didnt get a satisfactory outcome as to options and requote for cordless phone so I abandoned this unsatisfactory communication. I got the impression we would have to do things ourselves with cords in our workplace, we need a business telecom business that can discuss and provide me with satisfactory solutions.
