I had accidentally broken an item on my umbrella, unfortunately it was not listed in the online catalogue. I decided to email the customer service team, and within no time Talia had identified the parts I required and set up my cart ready for me to order, within a few days my parts had arrived, and I was enjoying some shade at the beach! Cannot recommend their products enough, I'll be back shopping again soon!
