I ordered the wrong size (thread pitch) through axle initially and the rep immediately sent me the correct one and along with return instructions for the original order. The axle fit my Specialized Camber carbon frame mountain bike,and I was able to pull the 80 lb. cargo trailer for a weeklong bike trip. Great product, great service.
