My experience with Burley has been great! I have a Burley D'Lite X two seater. I have not hauled kids yet. This is very well designed, and has great features. Extra padding, reclining seats, storage, foot mat, and spring suspension. It's also set up for accessories for jogging and converts from bike mode to stroller mode in a minute. I am very excited about this. I have purchased a Bee, for the scratch and dent collection. It's great. Still have not found anything wrong. A reflection on Burley quality I would say. I as well have a cargo trailer, the Nomad. I am attaching the extra top rack for it this weekend. I do not think you can go wrong here. Admittedly, I have not used other brands. However, I do not feel any need to look further.

Great customer service

Burley is a great company. I bought my 2nd Flatbed trailer from them and did not use the coupon they sent me beforehand. I reached out to them and they reimbursed me for the difference. The Flatbed trailer makes an excellent base for my custom made trailers I built to transport my Dog Bosco to his favorite Dog Park Timber Creek NJ.

After an order processing issue, burley customer service called me to let me know there was a problem and helped me cancel and reorder. Top notch service. Quick shipping, and excellent products!
