DO NOT buy restaurant equipment from these people. New stuff is very overpriced. Used stuff are reconditioned appliances, that had problems. When we bought a used True freezer, over $1,800, I knew I needed to get the warranty they pushed on me. Then months later it broke down. Using the warranty was a nightmare. Burkett didn’t care one bit that I had to pay for the $900 repair out of pocket. Then fight tooth and nail to get full reimbursement. They refused to pay sales tax. It was finally put right, no thanks to Burkett. BUT THEN a month or so it broke AGAIN. Warranty is only good once. The company that fixed it refused to stand by their work. And Burkett? My salesman was gone, so I was passed off to customer service. And all I got was an email that said our mixer was out of warranty! Not even the right product! So the freezer sits unused, luckily we’ve found a way to go without. Find somewhere else to buy your restaurant equipment.
