Came across Burkett while searching for a Bunn commercial coffee maker for our home. I was extremely tired of buy the absolute junk for the box stores. Reaching out through email, I was surprised to get a return almost immediately from their VP of sales. Perry put me into contact with Corey and from there all questions were answered and the Bunn was ordered. Shipping was to take 2wks to a month due to this unit being built to order. The package actually was delivered about 5 days later while I was still on vacation. Everything that was purchased arrived with no issue and the Bunn works awesome!!! Thank you Burkett for an awesome experience! Hats off to Perry and Corey!!
