I was directed to Burkett and am thrilled to say that the Winco stainless steel pots and pans I received are an excellent addition to my kitchen. They perform exceptionally well with a variety of cooking techniques, including frying, sautéing, boiling, and simmering. The even heat distribution ensures that food is cooked uniformly, and the absence of a non-stick coating allows for the development of delicious, flavorful fond when deglazing. The pricing in the showroom was exceptionally reasonable as well, as was the customer service I received. Will definitely be returning for my kitchen applicance needs.
