Very attentive personable and professional service making our purchase of a Scotsman MC0330MA-1 ice maker and B530S ice bin go very smoothly. Friday, March 8th I received a damaged and LATE shipment Stock Pot Stove FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. We were leaving for a huge event on Monday, March 11th and PANIC set-in. ****************LIFESAVER ALERT************* Just a few minutes before closing time on Friday, I got ahold of CRYSTAL @BURKETT. OUTSTANDING customer service is an understatement. She checked their website, inventory, rushed making calls to order and make arrangements for their TOS-ATSP-18-2-LP Cook Rite Stock Pot Stove to be picked up early Monday morning. We picked up the item and headed to our event. Crystal was our lifesaver, and we are VERY GRATEFUL for her help! Definitely will call Crystal for our equipment needs in the future.
