Bunk Beds for Adults

I still have not received my replacements for the three damaged parts in our initial order. I was told I would have them by now but I haven’t even received word that the shipment has been sent nor any tracking information. Communication has been bad.

Terrible customer service! Bunk beds arrived without instructions or hardware. Had to make multiple calls to get them to send us the hardware. Took a week. Went to build the bunk beds and it was missing the pieces for the ladder! Had to make multiple calls to get that resolved. That took another week. Now we are two week in without being able to build the beds. Only way to get the pieces for the ladder was for them to send an entirely new bunk bed package. Bc they would not send us just the pieces we needed, we had to figure out how to dispose of the remaining bunk bed pieces. HUGE pain. Can’t donate bc they don’t have a ladder!!! Absolutely terrible experience. Do not bother with this “company”.

Very damaged parts. And wobbly unsafe guard rail on top. Do not purchase!!
