I ordered the bulletproof octane and received it three days later that was really quick. I started it soon as I got it. I started out with 1 teaspoon for the first week. The second week I started with 1 tablespoon per day. It has worked wonders with my memory and my energy. I am very energized throughout the whole entire day.
