Placed an order on June 3rd and by June 13th still did not receive the order or a notice that items were backordered. When I called they were of no assistance just repeated over and over "order takes 3-5 days to process and 3 to 5 days once shipped". If that is truly the case 10 days after I placed my order I would have received my items. When asked why I was notified of backorder I received no response. I ended up not canceling my order due to no real explanation or time frame when I would receive my items. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Review? No ship, no service, no response.

Ive made many orders to this site in the past without any issues. My last order not only hasnt shown up but after trying to contact this company by phone and multiple web comments ive still not heard from anyone. I have since moved to another company which was much cheaper and the product I ordered came within a few days. I would still like my order refunded please.

I never received my order nor did it ever update in the system to show that it shipped. I sent emails and got no response. I tried calling never got through. Leads me to believe this is scam site.

Ordered on June 1st (Thurs). Was told order would ship Monday. One week later I CALLED, and was told they have an inventory problem. I asked if they would kindly overnight the package because I only had a few syringes left. I was told YES. Called again on Monday and got a line of BS. You have now lost a customer.
