My order was delayed and was not notified. Also shipping charges for earlier ship date where not reembersed!!!!!

You shipped my order to an undeliverable address regardless of the fact i have you the correct address to ship to. DHS has shipped the order back to you but you have not reshipped the order. I am expecting a refund or i will call Chase about a fraudulent charge

Ordered on the 1st of September I had to call on the 14th to find out why my order was still awaiting fulfillment. I need to find another supplier

The package was not addressed properly. I tracked it so I knew it. I called the sellers carrier DHL Express and the customer service was poor. I tried to call the local postal office but the telephone number on listed on the United States postal website was wrong. I therefore made a request to rede liver the package twice but to no avail as the package was shipped back to the sender. I complained to the United States post office thru a complaint line. A usps representative did call me back but said I could not have the package redelivered since the shipping label was wrong from the sender. Frustrating.
