Good site, but keep getting confusing emails saying that my order confirmed, but also ones sayings it's still waiting to be confirmed.

I placed my order and picked an incorrect size, I wrote to try and fix and never even received a reply. That being said the portion that was correct is perfect.

The products work great, but my order got held in florida for 3 days past when it was supposed to be delivered. Also, they say on their website that the credit card statement won't say "bulk syringes", but it for sure does. So if you dont want it on your credit card statement dont order from them.

The website led me to believe that my order would ship out fairly promptly. After a week, I sent a message requesting more information about my order that went completely ignored. The day following the message, however, my order shipped out and arrived a few days later.
