I really hate that we have to pay extra in order to make a return now. Especially when bra sizing varies so much. So for that reason I give BB 3 stars.

Shipping can be quick depending on the size of the order. Smaller orders take over a week or more to get across the country. With being a VIP I feel like they should always provide the fastest shipping.

I love the product, but shipping has been slow both times I've ordered. Product usually not even shipped until a week after an order has been put in, which is disappointing when excited for new gear. Definitely a bummer when the product is by far my fav.

Sold out of items I had in my cart for dreamhouse drop. Preorder not available to Canadians. Would not purchase from this company again.

Personally I wish your return and exchange was an easier process for someone returning something for the first time
