Customer service is non existent… I wrote in to say I have not received package and that I was getting wrong tracking info, and they sent same info. The gift I bought is now not here for Birthday… I will need a refund, and would not purchase from here because of it

It’s taken 2 weeks for my shipment and I still haven’t received my item. I have shopped multiple times with buff bunny, I have had to return all my items in the past due to quality problems. This was my last attempt at trying to love the company and it has been disappointing.

As a long time BB customer, I've always been an XS in all nubre fabric. I ordered these without hesitation and kept then new for fall. . . I went to put them on last week and I can barely get it over my heel. I'm very disappointed in consistency with this brand.

As soon as it happened I sent a msg to buff bunny but no one got back to me.

Charged me $20 shipping to return my leggings.
