Sold out of items I had in my cart for dreamhouse drop. Preorder not available to Canadians. Would not purchase from this company again.

I keep getting emails asking for reviews when it’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered my package and was told it was lost in the mail but I had to wait 2 more weeks for it to be dealt with.

Customer service is non existent… I wrote in to say I have not received package and that I was getting wrong tracking info, and they sent same info. The gift I bought is now not here for Birthday… I will need a refund, and would not purchase from here because of it
