Brora USA

Brora clothes are lovely, with beautiful colors and fabrics. I love the Liberty of London prints. I very much dislike the new website design. You don’t have your own account, and it is even more difficult to find a specific item you are searching for than it was on the old website. As far as the packaging goes, given the high prices for the clothes it is terrible! The boxes are flimsy and the clothes aren’t packed carefully. I have received items literally waded up, boxes and plastic torn open or smashed, and items not in interior plastic bags. I have had to wash items or take them to the cleaners before even wearing them. It is very disappointing. I only continue to buy Brora because of the lovely colors, patterns fabrics and tailoring of the clothes which are unmatched.

The return to you was very difficult and expensive. Please include prepaid labels for US cusyomers. Even if this costs more, it would be worth it to not have to go through filing out customs forms and paying $40, while not being certain that my package will make it back to you.

Returning the sweater which was far too large was very frustrating. Took hours of time and finally had to bring the package to the DHL office personally. Customer service was of no help. Won’t order from your company again.
