I requested early shipping and was very pleased that my gift arrived within three days, which was excellent communication on behalf of BritYard, with one of their wonderful, independent British Brands, Anchor & Crew. Bought for a present noticed after buying address was wrong phoned customer services 7 times left message to change address and a month later no reply sent e mails they were not answered and on one e mail they just sent me the receipt again DHL were unable to deliver and they have been in contact with Brityard to change the address and as yet 2 weeks later Brit Yard have not corresponded with them so my case of Beers which I have paid for is sitting in DHL s warehouse so as yet not received my box of craft beers and 35.99 out of pocket
