I purchased your luxury filter jug ​​thinking that it is a quality product not only beautiful. Unfortunately internal parts started to rust and every week I have to do a rust removal process. This is not what I would expect from your product and your engineers should have thought of such a thing. Instead of drinking filtered and healthy water, I drink water with rust.
