I have received text messages back from Briogeo whenever I have a question. They have been very helpful and I have continued to use the products successfully. I highly recommend the pre-wash, the shampoo, the scalp mask, and definitely the drops for in between if the scalp becomes itchy or irritated, which usually occurs in the evening for me.
