Bright Life Direct

I was pleasantly surprised with BrightLife Direct's customer service level. Our latest frustration has been our postal carrier as they have been delivering many packages, letters, etc. to the wrong address. Sure enough, I got one package of socks while the other package was delivered to the wrong address. I informed BrightLife of the situation and was planning on reordering the missing socks. But, before I could, BrightLife Direct resent the package of missing socks. . . Free of charge! I will most certainly do business with these folks again and I highly recommend them to friends and family, too
