I’m very pleased with my experiences with Bright Life Direct (BLD). I spoke with BLD Customer Service Representative two years ago who made a product recommendation at that time. After a couple exchange cycles for proper sizing I was able to obtain a product that fit my requirements. I have made six purchases since the first time and have received all within 3-5 days. I think the exchange policy is good and I used it a couple times in the first year.
