INTL - Four Sigmatic

I was looking for the container of instant mushroom coffee that I have bought in the past, and which was listed on the European site. But it was "out of stock". I wrote to ask when it would be back in stock. Finally, after some back and forth, a staff person informed me that it is no longer sold in Europe. I was very disappointed but I finally caved, went against my principals and ordered the packets. Now I see the multi serve is back. Great. It would have been be nice if the staff person had been informed about the plan to being back the multiserve. The staff is always very nice but It takes too much time and energy to deal with this kind of confusing communication. I hope you'll still have the multiserve when I'm ready to order again.

Shipping was slow

It was a struggle to sort out the refund for the wrong order but eventually I did get the help I asked for so I'm satisfied overall.

One of the packages broke open.

Really loved it. Just a bit expensive for the amount I am getting. Plus, marketing is too strong, I feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of push and upsell. I appreciate the love and care that goes into this product, but the marketing strategy leaves me with a bitter taste and makes me want to look else where, where the focus is on the product and customer satisfaction, and not to get the most out of my bank account. But as previously stated, really great product, but marketing is too aggressive resulting in the opposite effect
