I have been a Breck's customer for over 20 years. Only once have I had an issue where my plants did not grow. And true to their word, when I let them know that I had an issue they immediately since replacement plants. No problems, no questions, no pictures, no investigation, they simply held true to their word, and made me a happy customer with a beautiful garden.
