Having recently had the pleasure of tasting both the sourdough and cinnamon raisin bread from this wonderful bakery. Without hesitation I can say that both varieties are hands down the best bread I have ever tasted. From the very first bite, it's clear that the quality is unparalleled. The texture of each loaf is perfection, offering a satisfying chewiness that bread lovers like myself dream of. The crust is another highlight, providing just the right amount of crunch that complements the soft, flavorful interior.
The sourdough, in particular, stands out for its authentic taste—a rarity in today's market. It strikes the perfect balance between tangy and savory. Similarly, the cinnamon raisin bread is a masterpiece of its own. It's generously studded with plump, juicy raisins and laced with just the right amount of cinnamon, making every bite a delightful experience.
