I was excited to try these rolls. They were not bad but they were not amazing either. And once they were heated up, they needed to be eating because they become very hard after they have been sitting for a while. Not sure if I should have done something differently, they didn't come with any instructions. For cost not sure I would order them again but I am glad I tried them.

Great bread, but a pain without it being sliced. I would think with the prices you charge for your breads, they should be sliced for the money.

Flavor is decent if you can get by the texture. Crust is weak and bread itself is dense and crumbly. I realize they recommend toasting it which is the only way to make it palatable. I had high hopes given the high price but I guess there is only so much you can do without gluten.

Latest order arrived with mold. Haven’t felt prioritized by customer service. Will update review if rectified as I do like what this brand is doing for people in the celiac space
