The overall assessment was good! the best thing is that is was free, and didn't cost any money like the other health assessments would. It did have accuracy and it was right about how I am, which the health assessment makes sense because when I take other assessments they tell the opposite of me. I love this assessment and it is so nice to realize what type of person I am. I love this!!
