The foster children I work with have enjoyed this book! I pause as I read and see if they can come up with a "flipside" before the character does. We make construction paper pancakes with their own negative thoughts on one side and positive, hopeful, helpful thoughts on the other.

My grandson (9) is excited to start reading book 1! The pictures add great interest too.

My grandson is a beginning reader and he loved receiving the Level 1 adventure books.
