Shipping was okay it was in a timely manner but what is advertised is not what I received the color was actually very dark not what I wanted

I haven’t received my order yet. I will be demanding a full refund and or same pair shipped (again) to my house.

horrible boots. horrible company. sent me a pair of defected boots that were obviously a return!!

Purchased these pants, with insurance, on Black Friday. They never arrived and instead of Boots sending me what I ordered they refunded my money leaving me without a Christmas gift. I asked for a discount replacement and it wasn’t honored. Very disappointed.
