The item arrived with the packaging damaged. It was for a gift and the item had been slightly stained and the tags were dirty and torn. Boody sent a replacement immediately which arrived in days and suggested I donate the stained item to charity. I thought this was a very responsible and generous solution given the problem was with their courier's service. I will definitely be back to purchase again, in fact I already have been!
