Product seems good, shipped fast, was in stock - thank you for that. Unfortunately technical support is severely lacking - erroneous information and dead product links. Finally had to figure it out myself. Oh well. At least they have someone to respond here in the US.

Worked

If Bolton tech team would help the customers when they call in before there purchase of an Yagi antenna to replace an old one. Then I would not had to wait over 12 days for a small part to arrive by the shipping method of USPS. While Bolton is not responsible for the 12 days to receive the item, they are responsible for there poor tech teams customer service.
