Best option ever for someone that can’t handle dairy! The best tasting, cleanest pre-made protein drink around and I’ve tried them all. I buy the salted caramel in a bundle and would never buy another brand!!

So far I’ve really enjoyed every BOL meal I’ve tried. They’ve all been really tasty and full of lovely fresh ingredients - a great mix of veg and the dishes I’ve tried with mixed grains have all been superb.
