It's really good they're improving the products, and so far what I've tried is really well improved from taste and packaging as well. Shipping is reliable and very fast as well as customer service. The website could benefit from a bit more customizing options

Not a patch on huel or yfood taste wise it is horrible only switched to this as it was cheaper big mistake

The soups are great when they are fresh. I have experienced too many being ‘off’ when they are still when in date. Some I have reported and the company has sent a voucher refund, which is fine. But it just shouldn’t happen in first place.
