We haven’t had the chance to try everything yet, but what we have had has been great. The shipping took a while due to the holidays, but all my questions to customer service were answered quickly and kindly, so I didn’t mind the wait. The package was in great condition when delivered, so overall a great experience overall.

Terrible. I placed two orders before Christmas & neither has arrived!😢

I placed an order on Dec. 13th for four items to use as Christmas gifts and I still have not received it. I expected the items would arrive during the holiday season as the website said shipping usually takes 4 to 6 days (or up to 2 weeks if there is bad weather). I wanted to cancel the order on Jan. 2nd and receive a refund, however, customer service said this was not possible. Very disappointing and frustrating. If shipments are now taking extra time because of new clearance procedures in U. S. Customs, Bokksu should let customers know this on the website and provide a realistic shipping time.
