The Bokksu calendar really missed the mark. It took nearly a month for the calendar to arrive, meaning it didn't come until after the first week of December, so the whole fun and build-up of the advent calendar was lost. Worse, this wasn't some delay with customs, Bokksu just picked a cheap carrier, so the delays actually happened with the shipper. To add insult to injury, when I would write to Bokksu customer service to inquire about the status, they dismissed my concerns and kept sending me a worthless link for USPS that would show the "package has not been received" message for literally weeks. Then when it finally did show, they apologized for the delay with a $15 discount on a future Bokksu product. . . could not recommend Bokksu any less.

Absolutely horrible. The product still hasn’t arrived. I haven’t been reimbursed for anything. You only offered a store credit. Horrible.

Ordered November 12th. Still not delivered and is expected December 6. I’m disappointed it was not there in time to start on a daily basis

Apparently, a shipping label was created on 11/11… it is now 12/6 and still no sign of delivery.

Ordered in plenty of time, arriving on the 6th of December, not good.
