My order took a long time to ship and after it finally shipped it (supposedly) was part of a cargo theft. I still have not received my refund or any indication (apart from the initial email where I requested said refund and was told it could take 7-10 days) that a refund was even initiated. I will wait until the full 10 days are up soon and then if I have still not received my refund, I will contact my bank. I will definitely not be ordering from this company again.

I never recieved package even though it said it was delivered. I even checked my shipping address and it was correct. I sent multiple emails to customer service and never got a reply.

The website is far from intuitive, and was hard to find what I wanted

It has been over a month since I placed my order and still have not received it. At this point, I would rather have my money back.
