I ordered my advent calendar in mid-October, and stop receiving tracking updates on November 23. After contacting customer service, they determined that the box had been delivered on November 26, but we never received the package. Thankfully they worked with us and got us a refund, but my wife was very disappointed as she had gotten the advent calendar last year and loved it. With it being the holiday season, they are now out of stock and there is no chance of us receiving another one.

Still have not received it though it was ordered in September.

I never recieved package even though it said it was delivered. I even checked my shipping address and it was correct. I sent multiple emails to customer service and never got a reply.

The website is far from intuitive, and was hard to find what I wanted

It has been over a month since I placed my order and still have not received it. At this point, I would rather have my money back.
