Delivery woes.
I placed two orders for Bokksu gift boxes in early December for Christmas gifts. The first order was to be delivered to the UK. I was advised by the Royal Mail that the package was first refused delivery and then that it was delivered when, in fact, it was not. I then contacted you and you replied that you would investigate. The next day, the package was delivered with no notification or confirmation from anyone.
With the second package, I had not received any order confirmation for a couple of weeks. When I went to your website to check on the status of my order, I found that my current and past order history had been deleted.
I then contacted you and requested a refund since it was now too late to make a delivery before Christmas. I was advised that the matter would be forwarded to your Hashi division for resolution. The next day, I received an email stating that my order was now processed and it was being shipped. Then I received another email stating that since the order was shipped, a refund would no longer be possible. This was contrary to my request and expectations. Overall, I would say that you have an excellent product line but your delivery and order processing efforts could be better managed.
